Edufax is a leading Dutch language distance learning company, educational solutions and consultancy. Due to our ambitious growth, we are currently looking for a service-oriented Admission / Support Officer to join our team.

Your responsibilities

• Administration: invoicing, enrolling students, arranging courses;
• Working with our CRM system and our My Edufax portal;
• Receiving visitors and answering their phone calls;
• Handling e-mails from and for clients, schools and families;
• The space to build our own network of (international) schools worldwide;
• Have the opportunity to build our own network of (international) schools worldwide;
• Actively liaising with families throughout the admissions process;
• Guiding families during pre-visits;
• Organising school visits and doing research;
• Managing the entire “admission process”;
• Handling complaints;
• Quality management and optimising business processes;

You are the right candidate if you

• Are flexible and willing to support multiple teams in changing circumstances;
• Have a customer-oriented attitude;
• Bring fun and positivity to our team;
• HaveHave good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems;
• Have excellent working knowledge in both Dutch and English;
• Have excellent skills to work under time pressure.

The first interview
