Throughout our development program, you will be part of a learning journey that helps you broaden your knowledge and fine tune your skills to build the fundamentals for your future career.What can you expect?
While serving Dow’s manufacturing, logistics operations and customers located in the EMEAI region, you will:- experience 2 rotational assignments that let you explore the various aspects of our End-to-End Supply Chain organization
- join different sub-teams: Supply Chain Business Planning, Site Logistics Optimization, Road and Rail Logistics or Marine Operations.
What can be your assignments?
Possible assignments include roles in Logistics, Supply Chain Planning and Improvement.Supply Chain Planning
You are responsible for what, when and where to produce for one production site, multiple production sites in Europe or multiple plants at one site, aiming to balance supply and demand.Logistics
You are the one who advises business or functional clients regarding carrier management, responsible care, warehouse management, international trade or transport mode specific technical knowledge and cross functional support.Improvement
You are responsible for identifying, assessing and supporting improvement projects within one of our Supply Chain or Logistics departments (e.g. inventory, purchasing costs, production costs, logistics costs, product quality, asset utilization, productivity and customer service).Who are you?
- You are a solutionist with a client-focused mindset.
- You are motivated to continuously learn and develop yourself.
- You are digitally savvy and have talent for data interpretation.
- You are a soon-to-be master’s graduate or young professional in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- You have less than 24-months professional experience - including internships.
