Program Manager

In 2018, MediaMonks joined forces with S4 Capital to build out the production platform of the future. Under direction of Sir Martin Sorrell, we’re increasing our firepower on all fronts, adding more Monks, monasteries and capabilities such as first-party data and digital media buying.

As a Program Manager. You will be required to run a large program of work across the higher education sector.

Setting up the Program:

• Program level reporting
• Establish program governance meeting cadence (Steercos, WIPs etc) & aligning with university governance
• Begin establishing relationships with stakeholders and setting up stakeholder communication cadence
• Needs to work with the MediaMonks team, and Customer to produce comprehensive plans and a governance model that will provide the level of detail, clarity and flexibility; and ensure the right level of transparency and effective communication to ensure that stakeholders are engaged at every step of the way.

Requirements

Executing the program:

• Continue program governance and cadence during execution of the program
• Management of the overall program budget
• Defining overall program strategy and implementing effective ways of working throughout the program team
• Implement ways of working for the program
• Working closely with project managers and stakeholders on a daily basis

Creation of:

• Program Management Framework
• Stakeholder Engagement and Management plan
• Risk Management plan
• Quality Management plan (contribute)
