As a die-cutting operator at Graphic Packaging, you play an important role in the production process of high-quality, environmentally friendly packaging materials. You are responsible for a number of tasks, including accurately setting up machines, expertly resolving malfunctions, carrying out quality checks and strictly following company procedures. Whether you have experience in this position or not, our extensive learning program provides all the necessary support to grow into a competent punching operator. You will work in varying schedules ranging from 3 to 4 shifts depending on the assigned team.

Graphic Packaging is a global organization that produces cardboard packaging for food products. The work location in Hoogerheide consists of 29,000 m². Production takes place here and has existed since 1964. The packaging they make is 90% for food value and 5% for beverage packaging. Een you will probably also find some of the packaging in your own kitchen cupboards!What we offer you:
- A contract based on 3 or 4 shifts where you work 38 hours per week
- A gross salary between 13.48 and 16.00 excluding shift allowance
- You will receive an extra 20% or your gross salary for 3 shifts and 31.63% for 4 shifts.
- Possibility to (further) develop yourself as an operator

- You have knowledge of the operator profession or want to increase your knowledge in it
- You are available in 3 or 4 shifts
