We are a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specialized in providing high-quality services to the pharmaceutical industry. With a focus on quality and innovation, we aim to support our clients in successfully developing and manufacturing life-enhancing medicines. Currently, we are in the process of constructing a new facility, where you will play an exciting role within this position.

Job Description:
As a CDMO Project Planner, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating projects within our company. Due to the diversity of our projects, your work remains challenging and varied. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and project sub-team leaders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your tasks include integrating multiple project plans into an overarching schedule, monitoring progress, and identifying potential conflicts. Additionally, you will assist in organizing project team meetings, keeping minutes, and tracking action points. You will also play a crucial role in identifying resource needs and dependencies between project activities, contributing to the generation of management reports and presentations."

Responsibility

• Work with the Project Manager and project sub-team Leads to ensure timely completion of the project, within budget.
• Coordinating and integrating multiple sub team project plans into one overall project planning to ensure timely overall project completion by tracking progress.
• Alerting Project Manager and project teams of potential clashes.
• Assisting the Project Manager in organizing project team meetings.
• Keeping minutes from project team meetings.
• Keeping Action list and follow-up on action completion.
• Identifying resource needs for, and dependencies between project activities.
• Contributing to generation of Management Reporting/presentations.

Requirements

• Familiar with GMP and production environments.
• Familiar with project management principles.
• Proficient in English language.
• Adaptive and flexible.
• Strong in communication.
• Familiar with planning tools and Windows applications such as Power Point
