What is your role?

In the Robotic Application Software Development department, we develop software that helps to automate dairy farms. We work on a range of products that includes our milking robot and our automated guided vehicles. We are looking for engineers to strengthen our team.

As a Senior Front-End developer, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of our automated farming solutions. We are looking for someone who can operate with autonomy, and who can guide and take ownership of the product technically.

You help translate requirements into a solid software design. You play a proactive role in designing, improving, maintaining, and guarding the software architecture. 

Are you the experienced candidate we are looking for?

Your main responsibilities are:

• Designing, implementing, and testing of HTML, Scss, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Coaching your colleagues.
• Take ownership of existing and new front-end related topics and ensure high quality standards
• Maintaining software.
• Ensuring quality control based on design, code reviews, unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with a product owner, designers and system engineers
• Managing risks and threats.

What is your experience?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar domain.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Front-end development.
• You are highly skilled with TS within the React framework.
• Ability to follow designs and suggest viable solutions to UI/UX problems.
• You have working knowledge of Pipelines and Gitlab.
• You approach problems from a system point of view.
• Find it easy to work API calls.
• You are familiar with multidisciplinary Agile Scrum team set ups.
• Flutter/Dart experience is a bonus
