Job description
As a Senior Sales Support employee at NTS in Hengelo, you are the one who wants to function as a glue/oil within the organization. You are good at managing relationships with our international customers. Furthermore, your duties include:

• Assess requests from large, complex and new customers by identifying the requirements and wishes of (potential) customers.
• Keeps an overview of all requests, quotations and signed quotations.
• Provides the necessary customer information.
• Coordinates the compilation of documentation for quotations and monitors the timeliness and accuracy of delivery.
• Checks the completeness of the documentation provided.
• Processes turnover forecasts.
• Coordinates customer demand data with sales.
• Processes and manages all customer KPIs, such as QLTC performance.
• Monitors prices, margins and sales processes and identifies excesses.

Job requirements

You have at least an MBO-4 education, preferably technically commercial
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
You prefer to work 40 hours per week, but 32 hours are negotiable in consultation
Experience and knowledge of Semicon is an advantage
