Technical Support Analyst

As an Infrastructure Technical Support Analyst you are mainly supporting our users at our Amsterdam offices. You will be responsible for: the second line IT support, preparing workstations for new joiners, replacing laptops, reporting hardware failures to the suppliers, carrying out simple hardware repairs/replacement, processing support requests and charging services to internal teams.

You will work in a team of Technical Support employees who are helping our business with all technical related questions and supporting workstations.

Technology

Within Accenture we work with different systems that you will be working with. Besides you are resolving tickets and work with hardware that needs to be replaced.

Qualifications

Here's what you’ll need

Has an (MBO) degree related to ICT administration and 0-3 years of working experience.
Is customer friendly, stress resistant, eager to learn, pragmatic and can work both in teams as well as independently.
Is Microsoft Certified, most preferred on Windows 10, networking essentials or planning to get certification within next months and has an ITIL Foundation Certification or planning to get within short term

Fluency in Dutch and English

Bonus points if you have

Has a Dutch driver’s license B and is willing to work on different Accenture locations when needed.
