What Will Be Your Role

As Aircraft Data Engineer, you will be part of the team within EXSYN that is responsible for the support of our customers and projects in the areas of Aircraft Airworthiness Data Management, Aircraft Data Analytics and Automation.

You will participate in customer projects related to implementation of aircraft reliability & maintenance data analytics solutions, transfer of aircraft to new operators and handling of aircraft airworthiness data during implementation of core MRO ERP software systems. With your hands-on approach you will support our Aircraft Data Consultants in the continued engagement and interaction with our clients to ensure good adoption of our aircraft data management solutions. You take on complex problems such as visual programming of scripts required during aircraft airworthiness data transfers, and aircraft reliability analysis or analytics dashboard design. You will combine these technical skills with project management duties to ensure streamlined collaboration with your colleagues. You will be acting as the first line support to customers and communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone and finding the right solution with each customer.

What We Ask

• A (minimum) Bachelor’s degree in the field of aviation engineering/management
• Preferably previous experience with MRO Software systems (e.g. AMOS, MXI, etc.), gained during your internship(s)
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work with SQL
• Preferably working knowledge of JavaScript, or Python
• Willing to travel globally, as required
• Willing to relocate to our company headquarters located in the Amsterdam area (NL)
