What are you going to do?

The FastTrack team is looking for a developer with both (excellent) backend and frontend development skills (we use Java and Angular). You will build new applications in typically 3-6 months from first idea to implementation. Or you will make existing application even better! From start to finish you will be working closely with various businesses and other departments to make sure that we deliver the best possible products to our customers.

 

Where do you land?

 The FastTrack team supports customers in multiple domains ranging from cargo, to crew planning and from finance to Engineering and Maintenance. As an Agile (multi)product team, we build (in an impressively short amount of time) web applications which we also maintain and support. The FastTrack team is a young and passionate team. We work with a modern stack and there is plenty of opportunity to work with new technologies.

 

Your profile

 We are looking for a colleague that is great and fun to work with. You have strong communication skills and you like to work in an international environment with lots of cultural diversity. You are result driven, customer oriented and flexible to change. Although it would be great if you have all the technical skills mentioned below, we find it more important that you are pro-active, a good learner and an enthusiast for modern technology.

 

Our (technical) wish list:

• JAVA 8+, Kotlin, Spring (Boot), PostgreSQL, REST API;
• JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, Angular 4+, HTML5, CSS3+;
• Tomcat, Kubernetes, Docker (Cloud Foundry experience is a plus);
• Maven, Git, JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket/Bamboo;
• Agile development (Scrum);
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);
