Ons restaurant is opzoek naar een zelfstandig werkende specialiteiten kok op niveau 4 gespecialiseerd in de Indiase keuken. 

Our restaurant is looking
 
for an Indian Specialty cook (level 4)

Functie-eisen

• Gecertificeerde kok;
• Minimaal twee jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de Indiase keuken;
• Bereid zijn om fulltime te werken;
• Voldoende kennis van de HACCP (hygiëne richtlijnen) en veiligheid;
• Tevens ben je in deze rol 100% verantwoordelijk voor het navolgen van de regels en richtlijnen op het gebied van hygiëne (HACCP);
• Een positieve instelling en goede teamspeler;
• Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.

Job requirements:

• Certified chef;
• At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience in Indian cuisine;
• Be willing to work full-time;
• Sufficient knowledge of the HACCP (hygiene guidelines) and safety;
• In this role you are also 100% responsible for complying with the rules and guidelines of the HACCP;
• A positive attitude and good team player;

 

• You are flexible and stress-resistant.
