Waar doe je dat?
Je bent regelmatig op de werf bij ons kantoor in Amsterdam-Noord. Maar omdat ons materieel door heel Nederland werkt – en jij je sneller verplaatst - ga je daarheen waar je nodig bent. Vaak is dat rondom het IJsselmeergebied. Je hebt veel contact met de technical superintendents en schippers.

- storingen opsporen en opheffen bij de machines, schepen en pontons die we gebruiken en reparatie- en revisiewerkzaamheden verrichten;
- het onderhoud en de reparatie van materieelstukken door onderaannemers begeleiden;
- iedere dag de keuringen van arbeidsmiddelen op onze schepen opvolgen;
- inventariseren welke spare parts en onderdelen nodig zijn voor onderhoud en reparatie en/of projectmatige aanpassingen;
- tekortkomingen en/of schades melden bij de Technical Superintendent;
- ook storingen na reparaties melden en laten weten welke vervolgreparaties nodig zijn;
- zorgen iedereen de QHSE-S regels opvolgt.
Van nature ben je nieuwsgierig, vindingrijk en loop je warm voor duurzame innovaties.
Ook ben je iemand die de verantwoordelijkheid neemt en goed en graag samenwerkt met je collega’s van het materieel en de Technical Superintendents.

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will focus on a wide variety of challenges supporting our cable installation business unit on offshore windfarms. As mission equipment owner, you will work within our activity line offshore (ALO) as technical superintendent for our mission equipment, used across our vessels in our ALO fleet. You will be responsible for the coordination of maintenance and repair activities of projects misssion equipment.
Your main location will be at our office at our DEME Base Vlissingen (DBV), the Netherlands.

As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.
As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.
