As a Full-time German service desk agent, you will be the main link between several international branches of the company and its departments. Furthermore, you will perform several tasks during your day:

• Answering incoming questions from the several international branches of the company;
• Dealing with questions regarding HR, finance, IT and real estate;
• Finding and connecting with the right department that can help solve the issue
• Investigating solutions for complex problems
• Keeping track of the inquiries in the system
