Telecom Engineer
As a Telecom Engineer, you will be fully trained as an independent engineer for underground fibre-optic infrastructures. We design networks and ensure that engineers can construct and later maintain these networks. This requires detailed technical drawings.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You will draw digitally in the appropriate systems (AutoCAD and Geostruct);
- You will learn to read drawings, so that you know how to interpret information from colleagues;
- You will be responsible for applying the right connections and materials to deliver projects as (cost) efficiently as possible.
Your qualities
- You have some experience with technical drawing in AutoCAD;
- Experience with QGIS, ArcGIS;
- You have an affinity with computers and software (Excel);
- Technical background connected to civil work, telecommunications or geoinformation systems;
- You are proactive and driven to acquire new knowledge and skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
