You are part of the Project Management Support team.

Functie-omschrijving

The project planner will be deployed in multiple projects.
As a Project Planner you are responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring projects in the field of Infrastructure Automation (IA). You will work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers and external partners, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

You are part of the Project Management Support team. This team not only provides support to implementation projects, but also to the customer service organization and the sales team. In this team you work together with 14 colleagues in various disciplines such as Project Management Manager, Quality Management, Document Management, and Requirements Management. There is another planner working in the team.

You think about continuous improvement, risk management, performance management and cost control. You are an inquisitive, driven and energetic professional who works in a team to get the best out of yourself and our organization.

Functie-Eisen

• At least 5 years of experience in making project plans in multidisciplinary projects;
• Knowledge of project management processes;
• Knowledge of System Engineering processes, especially in the design and installation of control systems;
• Knowledge of Civil Processes for the connecting link with our partners;
• Experience with drawing up Probabilistic planning (Monte Carlo analysis);
• Extensive knowledge of planning software and methodologies, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar;
• A good command of the Dutch language;
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
