Sales Representative

Functie omschrijving

We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage and deliver goods assigned to mini markets to help achieve objectives and to gather and observe any information in the market and communicate within the organization. In this role you are an entrepreneur and responsible for all clients in your route, tell us what you need to achieve results and help us to roll out new initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Drive sales of merchandise, attract new customers and increase turnover;
Daily stock keeping and sales administration;
Agree payment terms with customers;
Evaluate, report and manage the capabilities of each POS (Plan Of Sales);
Achieve agreed goals and objectives and identify opportunities;
Communicate consumer comments and complaints in other to implement solutions and maintain customer satisfaction;
Delivering goods to different mini markets through the agreed route with a company van.

Functie eisen

Challenges:
Maintain volume, establish and defend visibility platform, assist in the launch of new product/line extensions, monitor and report performance of competition;

Education: High School Experience Required: 2-3 years’ experience of Consumer Goods Sales & Distribution in Curacao;
Competencies: Clear and constructive communication;
Customer service and focus, integrity and trust, peer relationships, action oriented, problem solving, can-do mentality;
Fluent in Spanish and/or English;
Have a driving license B;
Experience in Consumer Good or Food & Beverage companies is a must.
