Role Overview:
As a handsloper and/or snijder at MSO Group, you will be responsible for daily demolition activities including cutting, dismantling, and hoisting. Working under the supervision of the on-site foreman, you will efficiently and safely operate various demolition equipment to carry out assigned tasks. Projects may vary, offering diversity in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently execute assigned tasks at project sites
• Provide timely feedback to the foreman regarding work progress
• Immediately report any unsafe or unhealthy conditions to the foreman
• Ensure personal and others’ safety by following proper work procedures
• Properly utilize and maintain equipment, machinery, and tools
• Leave the work site in a safe condition after completion of tasks

Desired Skills:

• Preferably, a technical background at least at LBO level
• Basic safety certification (VCA), or willingness to obtain it
• Strong work ethic and hands-on mentality
